"Behold He Comes" 💖🔥🕊️☁️🎺👑

 

These are some scriptures that I was led to read today.  All covering the same theme:

💖 Jesus is coming soon.

💖 Prepare your hearts to meet Him.

💖 Have enough of Oil in your lamps. 🔥🕊️

💖 Continue to be watchful and ready.

💖 Very soon we will witness His glory. 

 

Matthew 25:1-13

“Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept."

“And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’ But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut."

“Afterwards the other virgins came also, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open to us!’ But he answered and said, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.’ “Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming."

Matthew 24:42-44

"Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. But know this, that if the master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect."


Acts 1:9-11

Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.”

Revelation 1:7

Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.


 

 

 

 Job 37:21-23

"Even now, men cannot look at the light when it is bright in the skies, when the wind has passed and cleared them.  He comes from the north as golden splendour.  With God is awesome majesty.  As for the Almighty, we cannot find Him.  He is excellent in power, in judgment and abundant justice." 

A Dream:

As I was thinking about the glory of God today, and what it might be like to witness Jesus' return on Earth.  I was reminded of a dream I had a few years ago.

In the dream, I was inside of my car with my uncle, and we were going somewhere.  I looked up and noticed what looked like "two suns."  One was the natural sun that we see everyday here on Earth.  Yet the other "sun" was different.  I then realized that it was Jesus appearing in the fullness of His glory!  I saw Him sitting on His throne, in the middle of the bright shining light.  I couldn't see the features of His face clearly, because the light was so bright and intense.  But I could tell that he was smiling at me.

I felt both awe and excitement, as I witnessed this.  And I kept on shouting out loud, "Jesus is coming! Jesus is coming!" Then I started to fly up towards the bright light, to meet Him in the air.  Then the dream ended.

It has always been one vivid dream that has left a great impression on my mind ever since.  It seemed so real, like it was actually happening.  Now whenever I see the sun shining brightly in the skies, I hope to one day see Jesus appear in the fullness of His glory.  And I truly believe that the day is very soon.  It's right at the doors.

    Beautiful verses to Read!!! I too saw a vision of God in my mind, I heard his voice say I Am Peace....in my deep depression...he came to me without showing His face it was a silhouette!! It moved me, and I wrote a poem about it!

"The Lord is Near to the Broken Hearted" ❤️ For Those Experiencing Loss. 🙏

  Today I feel led to share a difficult part of my journey.  I feel led to share some of my experiences related to the loss of a loved one.  Hoping that it will also help others to heal, who are going through similar things. The very first time I experienced grief over the passing of a loved one was in the early 1990s, when my dear Aunt Audrey passed away.  She was like a grandmother to me growing up.  She was the neighbour across the street, who gave me the vintage heart-shaped music box that I mentioned in one of my other posts.  Both of my biological grandmothers lived in Manitoba, so I really didn't get to know them as much.  But I spent a lot of time with my Aunt Audrey, and her sweet little beagle dog, Jake. "Bring Forth the Kingdom of God" 💖🔥🕊️🎶🦋👑

  The Kingdom of God is within us.  It is in our minds and in our hearts.  And our bodies are God's temple.  Jesus dwells inside of our hearts, through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. 💖🔥🕊️ We hold this treasure inside of our hearts, it comes from God, and is not from us.  We are simply His humble vessels, that He chose to use for such a time as this, to carry His glory. Jesus often used parables describe the Kingdom of God.  Our Heavenly Father loves to tell His children stories.  Stories such as the parable of the mustard seed.  The parable of the dragnet.  And also, "The Pearl of Great Price." (Matthew 13:45-46 💖) “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking beautiful pearls, who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had and bought it."
