"I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing" πΆπ️π₯πΏππ¦
About a month or so ago, I woke up with a song on my mind that I haven't heard since my childhood. "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing," by The New Seekers. πΆπ₯π️π And as I was listening to this song, a cute little sparrow was singing along with the rhythm. He was up on top of one of the lilac trees by my window. And singing very loudly too.
Even the birds and animals can sense that there's a change in the air. They are probably singing praises to God too.
"Joy to the world, the Lord has come. Let Earth receive her King! Let every heart prepare Him room. And Heaven and nature sing." πΆπ️πΏπ·πΉπ¦π
Lyrics: "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing"
I'd like to build a world a homeAnd furnish it with loveGrow apple trees and honey beesAnd snow white turtle doves
I'd like to teach the world to singIn perfect harmonyI'd like to hold it in my armsAnd keep it company
I'd like to see the world for onceAll standing hand in handAnd hear them echo through the hillsFor peace throughout the land
That's a song I hear
Sing it alongLet the world sing todayOver and over
I'd like to teach the world to singIn perfect harmonyLa, la, la, laTo, do, do, do, do, doLa, la, la
I'd like to build a world a homeAnd furnish it with loveGrow apple trees and honey beesAnd snow white turtle doves(That's a song I hear)
I'd like to teach the world to singIn perfect harmonyAnd I'd like to hold it in my armsAnd keep it company(That's the song I hear)
I'd like to see the world for onceAll standing hand in handAnd hear them echo through the hillsFor peace throughout the land(That's the song I hear)
I'd like to teach the world to singIn perfect harmony (Sing it all over)
I'd like to teach the world to singIn perfect harmonyLa, la, la, laTo, do, do, do, do, doLa, la, laI'd like to teach the world to sing
