"A Collection of Soaking Worship Songs" πŸŽΆπŸ•Š️πŸ”₯πŸ’–πŸŒŠ

Today I feel led to share a collection of some of my favourite relaxing worship songs. Soaking worship music is a style of music that is peaceful, reflective, prayerful, and draws us closer to the presence of God.  It helps us to rest in the comforting embrace of His love, and focuses our attention on Jesus. I hope this collection blesses you, fills you up with His peace that surpasses all understanding.  Let's lift Jesus higher through our songs and praise! Making melody in our hearts, unto the King of kings. πŸ’–πŸŽΆπŸ•Š️πŸ”₯πŸ™ŒπŸͺ‰ Lyrics:  "Holy and Anointed One," by Vineyard Worship πŸŽΆπŸ•Š️πŸ”₯πŸ’–   Jesus Jesus Holy and Anointed One Jesus Jesus Jesus Risen and Exalted One Jesus Your name is like honey on my lips Your Spirit like water to my soul Your Word is a lamp unto my feet Jesus I love You, I love You πŸ’–    Lyrics:  "Take Me Away," by Vineyard Worship πŸŽΆπŸ•Š️πŸ”₯πŸ’–   I am looking for, I am longing for the place where I can lay my head upon Y...

"We Remember, We Celebrate, We Believe" - A Collection of Songs πŸŽΆπŸ•Š️πŸ”₯πŸ’–πŸžπŸ‡πŸ·

The Lord has instructed me to do something totally different today.  He hasn't really given me much to write about lately.  But He has given me a series of songs that seem to convey an important message. πŸ’Œ Jesus wants to dine with us. He wants to spend quality time with us. Most of these songs have to do with communion, and remembrance.  But I believe they might also be pointing to the future too, when we will all be reclining with Jesus at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. I will be posting the songs with some of the accompanying lyrics here.  This time I'm just going to let the Lord, and the music, do the talking. 😊 "We Remember," by Marty Haugen πŸŽΆπŸ•Š️πŸ”₯πŸ’– We remember how You loved us to Your death, and still we celebrate, for You are with us here; and we believe that we will see You when You come in Your glory, Lord. We remember, we celebrate, we believe. Here, a million wounded souls are yearning just to touch You and be healed. Gather all Your people, and...

Lately I've been hearing many supernatural sounds in the Spirit.  Trumpet sounds, rumblings of thunder, and even a roaring sound that seems to be getting louder with each day that passes by. I have also been feeling a heaviness, and a deep sadness in my heart, as I contemplate what is soon coming upon the nations, towns, and cities that still refuse to repent and turn away from their wicked ways. Ezekiel 33:1-9 🎺πŸ”₯πŸ•Š️ The word of the Lord came to me, saying, “Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword upon a land, and the people of the land take a man from their territory and make him their watchman, when he sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpet and warns the people, then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his blood shall be on his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But...

1 Thessalonians 4:13-18 πŸ’– But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. Therefore comfort one another with these words. The God of Angel Armies: Earlier this morning, I woke up with a melody on my mind.  It was from the song, " The Drive ," by The Cars.  Just the instrumental music in and of itself sounds qu...

Luke 12:35-40 πŸ’– "Let your waist be girded and your lamps burning; and you yourselves be like men who wait for their Master, when he will return from the wedding, that when he comes and knocks they may open to him immediately. Blessed are those servants whom the Master, when he comes, will find watching. Assuredly, I say to you that he will gird himself and have them sit down to eat, and will come and serve them. And if he should come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. But know this, that if the Master of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore you also be ready, for the Son of Man is coming at an hour you do not expect.” God's Night Pollinators are at Work: A few months ago, I saw a beautiful purple humming bird by the lilac trees in the back yard.  It was when the flowers were still in full bloom on the trees...

"Sticks, Stones, and Rocks" πŸͺ¨ The Lord will Defeat the Giants in Our Lives πŸ•Š️πŸ”₯⚔️πŸ’•

Yesterday I went for a walk, and one thing that I kept on noticing were large concrete rocks on the side of the road.  They were large pieces of cement that were crumbling from parts of the road.  And they kind of resembled little boulders to me. Then as I continued on my journey, I noticed a bullseye target on a neighbour's front yard.  Kind of like the ones used in archery practice.  Then I was led to observe the shape of a twig that I saw on the sidewalk.  It had a "Y" shape reminded me of a slingshot.  Like the one David used when he defeated Goliath. As I was pondering these things, the Lord led me to a few connected scriptures that I will share here.  The first one being the story of David and Goliath found in 1 Samuel:32-51.  David was just a young shepherd boy at that time, who managed to defeat a giant Philistine warrior, with just a sling, a stone, and an unshakable faith in God. 1 Samuel 17:32-51 David said to Saul, “Let no one l...
